Nyhem: Your Starting Adventure in Midhem
Welcome to Nyhem, the ideal starting point in the frozen lands of Midhem. Steeped in ancient lore, Nyhem has been trapped in an eternal frost since times long forgotten. While you're free to leave the island any time by setting sail on the ship, Nyhem offers a No-PvP zone, where players cannot attack or be attacked by others. Additionally, if you're defeated by a monster, you won't lose any items until you reach level 21, making it the perfect place to begin your journey.
Points of Interest:
- Nyhem Town - This bustling town is home to several key NPCs. To uncover hidden locations, click "Add flags" on your minimap for helpful markers. You’ll find the ship waiting by the southern coast, while the sewers below the town harbor rats. Explore the Temple and interact with chests to discover mini-quests.
- Large Swamp Trolls Cave - Venture into the lair of the mighty swamp trolls, but be prepared for a fight!
- Orc Camp (Level 15+) - Only the brave should approach. A challenging area for players level 15 and above.
- Graveyard of Skeletons, Ghouls, and Crypt Shamblers - On the surface, it’s suitable for players level 10+, but descend into the dungeons for a tougher challenge, recommended for those level 20+.
- Test Your Strength in a Monster Duel! - Ready for a true test of courage? Challenge yourself in a 1v1 battle against 12+ unique monsters. But beware—you’ll need to be drunk to muster the courage!
- Skeleton Camp (Level 8+) - A chilling camp crawling with undead, perfect for early adventurers.
- Frost Mountain (Level 20+) - A treacherous climb awaits, leading to encounters with powerful Cyclops and dangerous Crystal Spiders.
